What will you wear at the wedding

Will you wear robbing of fine linen, or filthy rags, to the wedding feast? The bible tells us of only two types of righteousness that we can be robed in:

One is a righteousness that we are granted as we are told in (Rev 19:8 KJV) And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

The other is a righteousness that we think we have earned ourselves as we read in (Isa 64:6 KJV) But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

And besides all of this, we are told that if we try to crash the wedding with out the proper robbing we will be kicked out as we read in Matthew.

(Mat 22:9 KJV) Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. (Mat 22:10 KJV) So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. (Mat 22:11 KJV) And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: (Mat 22:12 KJV) And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. (Mat 22:13 KJV) Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. (Mat 22:14 KJV) For many are called, but few are chosen.

Yes we have a choice for the wedding. Either accepting God’s robbing of righteousness or try to crash the wedding with our own righteousnesses. What do you want to do?
